Ford GT '69 Heritage 2020 Edition

The second-generation Ford GT was designed as a road car with the ultimate ambition of winning the legendary Le Mans 24-hour endurance race. The specification was considered exceptionally advanced for a North American car manufacturer. A monocoque chassis and aerodynamically efficient carbon-fibre body, along with a twin-turbocharged Ford Ecoboost V-6 producing 650 hp, made the Ford GT one of the most competitive supercars in the world.

Even before the street-legal GT went into production, models were finishing first and third in their class at Le Mans. The number 6 painted on the doors and bonnet of the ’69 Heritage model built in 2020 pays homage to the car that won Le Mans in 1969. Only fifty units were built each year, and unsurprisingly, they were snapped up by eager purchasers as soon as they became available.

The Ford GT ’69 Heritage is a limited-edition series, of which there are currently only eleven in Europe. The first delivery took place in Germany. A paint protection film has been applied to the entire car body.
